2025 Obedience and Rally Trials - Fox Valley Dog Training Club

Saturday and Sunday Obedience Trials - 11/15 and 16. Trial location is at our regular training location.

Be there at least half an hour prior to judging time to help the judge set up - Rally needs more set up time so arrive an hour before. Saturday Rally Trial 1 will start at 8 am, Obedience Trial 1 - 8 am Novice ring (3) and Open A/Utility A ring (5), 9 am for ring 2 and 4. Trial 2 start time for Rally is 12:30, for obedience is 12:30. Sunday rally will start at 8 am, obedience rings - rings start at 9 am.

Each Saturday trial is worth 1/2 day of work - 1 work credit. Sunday trial is worth 1 day of work - 2 credits. Staying to teardown on Sunday is worth 1 credit. Strong backs needed for teardown Sunday afternoon.

Table Steward - this job is working directly with the judge, checking math and keeping them organized. Each judge has their own preferences and will train you as to what they want.

Gate Steward - This job is primarily to make sure the next person is ready to go in the ring and work with conflicts.

General Ring Stewards - This person is in charge of changing jump heights, setting gloves or placing scent articles. Bending and lifting required.
