It will be held this Sunday, March 9th from 2 PM to 4 PM @ Memorial Glade. 2PM is the official start of the Games but Game Masters who sign up to Set Up need to be there by 1:55 PM to set up.

Please take one spot per person because we may open this to Excomm as well. Different categories have different limits on the people we need so look at the left column to see how many people are needed.

This event counts as hours for volunteering and definitely will be a lot of fun!

Set Up 1) Getting tables; 3) Making packs/favors; )Checking printed materials

Health Officers (take health packs from the field)

ponsors (ask questions at Sponsor stations and give rewards) - Closed for excomm

Close Down 1) take the tables back; 2) clean up field; 3) handle the health packs
