2026 Team Photo Sign Ups - Tuesday June 2nd

This year, swim photos will have a new format. Please sign up for a time slot. Individual photos will be taken first, followed by the big group photo and then individual and buddy photos will continue afterward. The following is the process we will be using:

1. Sign up for 1 time slot for individual pictures (no buddy or sibling pictures will be taken during these time slots). Sign up each kid for one slot each
2. Arrive at the pool about 15 minutes prior to your time slot with your swimmer ready to go when they are called
3. Check in with one of our board members by the front entrance of the pool
4. Have your photo paperwork filled out and ready
5. Proceed to pool deck for photos in designated group
6. Once you are done taking photos, come back for the big group photo and for buddy photos (if applicable)
7. Sign up for 1 time slot if taking buddy or sibling pictures along with the names of the buddies

Please note: To help Picture Day run smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may need to wait for an available opening or rejoin the line if all scheduled swimmers are present.
