2024 Christmas Experience - Volunteer Sign Ups

Welcome to the Fifth Annual Pathfinder Christmas Experience Drive Through! You are invited to be a part of the teams that share Christmas Cheer and the Story of Jesus with the families who drive through our outdoor Light, Joy, and Hope Christmas Experience! In case you are not familiar:

- LIGHT features thousands of lights timed to Christmas music
- JOY features the fun energy of the season with blow-up characters and festive costumed greeters
- HOPE features a living nativity complete with live animals

Below you will find a variety of ways you can serve our Community in witnessing this incredible experience! Once you sign up, our Staff leaders will communicate directly with you about your role, including arrival, parking, what to wear, and the hospitality we will provide as our way of thanking you for your service!

You will receive a follow up email two days before your volunteer time with a few reminders. In the meantime, thank you for using your gifts to create an impactful experience for our Community. Please invite people in your circle to Christmas Experience.

TRAFFIC - Welcome Committee arrive 5:50pm - (hand out experience flyer and orient drivers.) Leave around 8:15pm

TRAFFIC - 5:30 arrival - Age 18+ (help cars navigate the line/parking lot; orient cars to the experience at the start of LIGHT.) Leave around 8:15pm

JOY - Set-up Crew - Arrive at 4:30 to help set up (weather might cause the need for an earlier arrival)

JOY Fun Team - Age 13+ if not with adult - HIGH energy, lots of movement and smiles. 6:00-8:15pm unless you note otherwise. Costumes provided.
