CLA Commencement Volunteer Sign-up 2026

Please join us in one of the most celebratory moments of the academic year: Commencement. It may be hard to believe, but Commencement 2026 is just around the corner! As many of you know, this amazing event could not happen without the support of campus volunteers. This is an exceptional opportunity to connect with the campus community and celebrate our graduates. This year's CLA Commencement Ceremony will be held at Showalter Field. We will need lots of volunteer support staff to make this ceremony special. This is a wonderful way to connect with the campus community and celebrate our graduates.

We are requesting volunteers - please see the sign-up below for the CLA Commencement ceremony. CLA Commencement will be on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Showalter Field (near WP H.S.) In order to create a seamless day, we are in need of many volunteers for the ceremony. More details will be provided via email, but please note that there will be a mandatory in-person volunteer training on Friday, May 8th at 10 a.m. at Showalter Field. If you sign-up to volunteer, you will receive a calendar appt. for the training. Commencement volunteers will need to arrive by 6am at the Field (refreshments will be provided).

Again, additional details will be provided via email to all volunteers, including a mandatory volunteer training being held on Fri May 8th at 10am at Showalter Field. (Transportation can be provided)
