Judges' stewards work directly with a judge carrying out duties as needed and directed by the judge. This may include timing runs, repositioning hides, giving handler briefing at the start line, guiding exhibitors between Trial 1 and Trial 2 search areas when elements and classes are run concurrently. A "hot" person as well as a "cold" person may be needed.

Staging stewards help guide exhibitors to the search areas via various holding stations along the path to search areas.

Gate stewards help keep trial flow moving by calling exhibitors to searches and keeping track of those who have had their turn for various elements.

Ribbon/Rosette assistant works with the trial secretary checking scores entered and preparing and distributing ribbons & rosettes to exhibitors who earn them.

Clean up of containers will take place after close of Sunday's container trials.

Grounds clean up will occur after close of Sunday's Exteriors and afternoon Detective trials.

Those volunteering a minimum of two classes per day, or two hours of set-up/clean-up per day will be provided with a complimentary box lunch.
