Safe Zone Training (Students)

The Rollins Safe Zone program was created as a way to support and embrace our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer and Questioning (+) (LGBTIQQ+) communities at Rollins.

Safe Zone Allies focuses on building a community that listens, acts and educates others on the LGBTIQQ+ communities. Our vision is to build a community of Allies who support and advocate for the rights of our LGBTIQQ+ community members.

By becoming an Ally, there will be opportunities for you to continue your understanding and awareness of the LGBTIQQ+ communities at Rollins College and in Central Florida. You will be given a placard to place in your office, classroom or residence hall while also gaining continuing awareness opportunities to further learning and support for our communities.
