Ergonomic Checks

Please complete the following form if you or your department wishes to participate in ergonomic checks in the coming weeks. This service is offered by Rollins Wellbeing and is free of charge to employees.

Ergonomic checks will take place on from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on the following dates. Please indicate if a certain day does not work for your office when signing up in the column provided. Each date can accommodate between 6-8 employee checks.

How does this work?

To the left you’ll see a signup sheet:

  1. Click on the "Join" button on the cell you wish to sign up for.
  2. Fill out your name and email on the popup box.
  3. Click on the "Join" button. An email will be sent to you and you’ll be well on your way!
