All 12 webinars will be from 12:30 - 1:30,

Responsibilities include :
o Hosting virtual teams webinar
o Hosting in-person watch party for webinar simultaneously.
o Setting up classroom projector to screen Teams webinar. IT assistance will be available.
o Opening Teams
o Introducing presenter
o Giving instructions on adding questions in the chat
o Addressing questions in the chat, relay them to the presenter
o Advising of survey after completion of webinar to earn Rally - STRIVE
o Sending link to survey in the chat
o Thanking presenter
o Asking all to submit their survey

If desired, 2 volunteers can host a webinar together.
