UPREP/ARC Collaboration - Drop-In Office Hours 8/24 - PreMed SignUp

Hi all,

UPREP is collaborating with the UW School of Medicine Anti-Racism Coalition (ARC) to put together a Q&A on Zoom to help students who self-identify as URiM (underrepresented in medicine) with their secondary applications.

With the sheer number of secondary essays, we understand that it's overwhelming to answer so many questions with thoughtfulness and depth. This can be especially challenging for those who don't see a lot of doctors that look like them and then have to talk about their path to medicine and why they want to be a doctor.

We will be hosting an open Q&A session on Thursday, August 24th from 7 PM - 8 PM PST. Sign up so we can be sure to have an appropriate number of mentors ready to help you. We will be prepared to help you at any stage of the secondary application process, whether you need help brainstorming essay ideas, refining a first-draft, or revising to get your essay within the dreaded word limit.
