Commencement Volunteer Sign-up 2025

Please join us in one of the most celebratory moments of the academic year: Commencement. It may be hard to believe, but Commencement 2025 is just around the corner! As many of you know, this amazing event could not happen without the support of campus volunteers. This is an exceptional opportunity to connect with the campus community and celebrate our graduates.

We are requesting volunteers - please see the sign-up below for the two Commencement ceremonies (CLA class of 2025 and Holt class of 2025). Holt Commencement will be on Saturday, May 10, 2025 and CLA Commencement will be on Sunday, May 11, 2025. In order to create a seamless day, we are in need many volunteers for both ceremonies.

More details will be provided via email, but please note that there will be a mandatory in-person volunteer training on Friday, May 9th at 12 p.m. in the Alfond Sports Center. If you sign-up to volunteer, you will receive a calendar appt. for the training. Additionally, commencement volunteers who sign-up for Saturday, May 10th, will need to arrive by 12pm in the Alfond Sports Center; volunteers who sign-up for Sunday, May 11th, will need to be at the Alfond Sports Center by 7:30am (refreshments will be provided).
