ALP Southeast Conference Volunteer Sign-Up
LWP will be hosting the Association of Leadership Programs Southeast Conference on April 7 & 8, 2016. We are thrilled to bring 75+ leaders from other community leadership programs to our community! We need your help making this conference a success and there are several volunteer positions available. Please sign-up for the role (or many!) that suit your preferences and schedule. Thank you!
All participating volunteers will be asked to wear their LWP name badge. If you do not have one please contact Megan Almasi at malmasi@winterpark.org.
Volunteer Role Descriptions:
Welcome Reception - assist with reception set-up, check-in and some break-down.
Dinner "Host" - alumni are requested to join conference attendees at a restaurant on Park Avenue for dinner after the reception. Information about participating restaurants with a special discount will be sent in advance.
Welcome Reception Transport - volunteers are needed to pick-up some conference attendees from the host hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown, and transport them to the reception and return to the hotel at the end of the evening.
Conference Greeter/Registration - assist with conference check-in, greet attendees and set-up coffee/snack station at Valencia College Winter Park campus.
Keynote Luncheon - assist with luncheon set-up and registration at The Alfond Inn.
Conference Farewell/Clean-Up - assist with closing items of conference and clean-up at Valencia College Winter Park Campus.
