Duty details below:

Ushers: Scan tickets, pass out programs, show people to seats/bathrooms, handle wheelchairs/walkers, clean theater after show

Split the Pot: Organize tickets in strips of 6, handle and count prize money, present winner on stage with cast

Concessions: Set up snacks and drinks, handle money

Bar: Set up bar, open wine and beer, handle money

Many of our patrons come early to enjoy our lobby, buy drinks, basket raffle tickets and split the pot so we need you one hour before theater doors open.

*Ushers are needed until end of show(walker/wheelchair returns, theater cleanup)
*Split the Pot, Concessions, Bar are needed for after intermission cleanup

SHOWTIMES:
Friday April 24th 7:30pm, Doors open at 7pm, FOH call 6pm
Saturday April 25th 2pm, Doors open at 1:30pm, FOH call 12:30pm
Saturday April 25th 7:30pm, Doors open at 7pm, FOH call 6pm
Sunday April 26th 2pm, Doors open at 1:30pm, FOH call 12:30pm
