2018 Annunciation Auction -- set-up, auction night and clean up

Set-up: Decorations -- line hallways with paper and hang student art

Set-up: Photo Wall -- help the Sherfs get set up in the gym

Childcare for set-up volunteers - shifts start when school ends

Set-up: Silent Auction -- bring down items from the auction room, set up signs, sign-up sheets, pens, etc.

Set-up: Heavy things set up - tables, bar moved from school garage

Set-up: General set-up -- tables, linens, decorations, misc

Auction night: Heads-or-Tails -- sell a chance to win during silent auction

Auction night: Serve up some mint juleps during silent auction

Auction night: I'm with the band. Help the band get in and show them to the stage

Clean up - breakdown tables, put items back, general clean up
