Scavenger Hunt Volunteers - Thursday, March 13, 2025

Hi Committee Members,

We are pleased to announce the return of the Scavenger Hunt for 2025.

This will take place on Wednesday, March 13, 2025 from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM. and we are looking for volunteers to help us out. We will need individuals to be available between 11:00 AM - 1:30PM.

Please sign up for one of the slots below.

We need booth managers/table hosts who will oversee organizing their station on the day and helping to assist in the running of the trivia and activities there. On top of booth managers, we would also need people to assist at the registration and finish tables; we need as much assistance as we can get here as this is always very busy in the day!
Instructions will be presented on the morning of the event.
