Longhorn Singers - Auditions Fall 2021

Welcome to the Longhorn Singers Fall 2021 Audition Sign-Up Page!

Auditions are 6 minutes during the following time in the Butler School of Music:
Sunday, August 29th from 12:15pm-6:00pm

Butler School of Music - Choir Room 2.106

If the available times do not work for you, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Auditions will consist of 4 sections:
1. A 1:30 excerpt of a song that demonstrates your vocal range (will be acapella, must be memorized)
2. A sight reading section
3. Vocal Warm-ups
4. Pitch memorization

***Please provide your name, voice part, and phone number in your sign-up slot.***
***Masks will be required in all audition components***

Callbacks will take place on the evening of Monday, August 30th from approximately 5:30-10:00 PM, also in the Butler School of Music. Callbacks will have a group singing portion and a dancing portion. Please dress accordingly. You will be notified if you got a callback by email on the day of or night before.
