[Fall 2023] UDSM Mobile Health Van

Limit maximum of TWO sign-up per UDSM site. Unlimited sign-up for back-up volunteer.

*"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if a volunteer can no longer make their shift. Please DO NOT "give" your shift to a friend, as we want to make it fair and allow the next person on the list to attend.
Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator Mindy Tran (thi3744@uw.edu). If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact outreach manager!
How to prepare: Wear closed toed shoes and casual, comfortable clothing that is appropriate to bend over, kneel, and crouch in. Please refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry. Bring your UDSM or UW name badge if you have one!

UDSM Mobile Health Van
Mobile Health Van outreach manager: Eric Pong (ericpong@uw.edu), Nevin Kalaf (nevinck@uw.edu), and Haley Pang (hjpang@uw.edu).
The mobile health van will work with individuals accessing the University District Food Bank to provide health assessments, vital sign screenings, resource referrals, and passing out essential living items.
Location: U Heights Community Center parking lot at 6PM. 5031 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105
Time: every other Friday, 6pm - 8:30pm
