Camp Second Chance Tiny House Village, Sunday 6/6/2021, 12:00-2:30pm
Project Description: The mobile health van outreaches are an effort to bridge the gaps in healthcare access by meeting individuals where they reside. Volunteers may perform activities such as health assessments, motivational interviewing, vital sign acquisition, resource referral, chemical dependency counseling, and passing out essential living items with the goal of connecting individuals to services they may need and building relationships.
