Hello Parents!

Our annual VEX Tournament, hosted at Bellarmine, is coming up on 11/18-11/19. This event is run entirely by student and parent volunteers, and are students would not be able to compete without your help. As such, we would appreciate it if you could signup for one or more volunteers shifts.

Role Descriptions:
Queuing: Direct teams to the field and their matches.
Pit Administration: Answer team questions, check in teams, coordinate with Queing to notify teams of matches
Concessions: Sell and serve food to teams.
Judges Assistant: Direct teams to judging rooms, assist teams to schedule judges meetings
Inspection: Inspect teams prior to matches.
