Fall CHAP Foot Care Clinic Sign Ups

Clinic runs from approximately 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at DESC!

We need two nursing students and two medical students per clinic. The first two names on each list will be e-mailed to participate in the clinic. The remaining students will be part of the wait list. If one of the first two students is unable to attend, the next student on the list will be added to the roster.

If you volunteer and live downtown, you can meet us at the DESC (517 3rd Avenue). Otherwise, we prefer you carpool with us. To do so, you can meet us in the Family Medicine Office (E-304) at 5:30. We’ll pick up supplies and then head over to the DESC together. You will receive an e-mail the week of the clinic you are volunteering with more information.
