Cloud Nine Chair Massage
Chris, Elysha and Robert from Cloud Nine Massage Therapy are on-site every Thursday providing 15-minute chair massages. (Please Note: 1 appointment per person is allotted per calendar month)
Sign up information:
*All Exelixis regular full and part time Employees are eligible for the program.
*Masks are optional.
*Chair massages are provided on a first come first serve basis.
*Employees are allowed one 15-minute spot per calendar month.
Signup instructions:
*All details below, with massage therapist and location, are required to book and complete your massage appointment. Please provide your first and last name and 4 digit extension or cell#.
*You will receive an email confirmation when you sign up. Please add it to your Outlook calendar and set a reminder 15 minutes before your appointment as not to be late.
Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy:
*Policy for a missed or forgotten appointment requires you to pay $20 for the missed session.
*Appointment must be cancelled by 5 p.m. the Wednesday before your massage/Otherwise you must find a replacement to take your spot, or the no-show policy applies.
*If you cannot make your appointment please reach out or email a co-worker or someone in your group to substitute your spot. (Please have your substitute notify the therapist about the change)
*Gratuity is optional but always appreciated!
