OneHealth & Mobile Health Van At the Doorway Project, Friday 6/4/2021, 1:45-4pm and 4-6:15pm
OneHealth and UDSM Mobile Health Van at the Doorway project will be hosting a pop-up event on Friday June 4th from 1:45 to 6:15PM. This is broken up into two shifts, 1:45-4pm and 4-6:15pm, with 2 volunteers needed for each shift. There are four columns below for sign up: OneHealth first and second shift and Mobile Health Van first and second shift. Please make sure you sign up for the right event!

**"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if the scheduled volunteer can no longer attend. Please do not give your slot to a friend, as we want to make it fair and to allow the next person on the list to attend.
Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator at cchen983@uw.edu. If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact outreach manager!
