Hayes Valley Art Works Volunteer Signup ACTIVE

Please join our community effort to keep Hayes Valley Art Works open to the public! We leverage the power of art to build connections and create an engaging environment on the former freeway parcels on Octavia Blvd between Oak & Page (Parcels R and S). Our sculpture garden & shipping container art gallery offer a unique and enriching experience.

Currently, we are open Saturdays and Sundays 12-4 and we need volunteers who can commit to at least one shift per month, 1-2 volunteers per shift. 3 areas we need assistance:

1. Site host - keep our site open to visitors.
2. Gallery sitting - immerse yourself in art and engage with visitors at our gallery.
3. Gardening - help weed, water, and plant.
