As you should all know, our Bellarmine VEX Tournament is coming up on 11/18-11/19. All Team 254 students are required to attend, either as a competitor, volunteer, or preferably both.

Role Descriptions:
Queuing: Direct teams to their matches, find absent teams.
Pit Administration: Answer team questions, check in teams & volunteers, assist queuing.
Inspection: Inspect teams prior to matches.
Setup & Teardown: Help to setup & teardown the pits, the competition field, & the skills field.
Field Reset: Reset the field between matches. Make sure teams don't take game Objects
Skills Field Assistant: Help to run the skills matches.
Practice Field Manager: Ensure that teams do not damage or take parts from the practice field.
