Tent City 3 Mobile Health Van

Project Description: The mobile health van will work with individuals accessing the University District Food Bank to provide health assessments, vital sign screenings, resource referral, and passing out essential living items.
Location: Meet at St. Mark's Episcopal Church (1245 10th Ave E Seattle, WA 98102)
Time: 5:00-7:00pm
How to prepare: You will be outdoors so please wear weather-appropriate, casual, non-provocative clothing, comfortable shoes and refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry.

Cancellations: If you sign-up for a session and need to cancel, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator Chloe Chen at cchen983@uw.edu. If canceling within 12 hours of outreach, please contact the outreach manager!
**"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if the scheduled volunteer can no longer attend. Please do not give your slot to a friend, as we want to make it fair and to allow the next person on the list to attend.
