USP Mental Health Drop-in (i.e. informal consult)

Greetings! The USP mental health team is excited to offer virtual “Let’s Talk” (aka Drop-in) for all UNDOCUMENTED students at Cal. Slots are released once a week, so please check back if you’re interested in a later date (or call for an appointment).

To access this service, simply fill out your name in an open drop-in slot and write the phone number you wish to be reached at in the “comments” box. Bianca or Diana will call you at the time of your drop-in appointment; please be available to answer your phone 5-10 minutes before and after the exact time slot. If none of the times listed work for you, no problem! Please call Bianca or Diana directly to arrange a consult or individual therapy appointment at a different time.

IMPORTANT:
Please do not sign up for a telephone consult with USP staff if you are experiencing a life threatening crisis. For urgent issues, crisis counseling is available Mondays-Fridays, 9am-5pm by calling CAPS and speaking with an urgent support counselor (510) 642-9494.
Please make sure your voicemail box is set up in case you miss our call the first time.
Please cancel using the code sent to your email from WeJoinin if you’re no longer able to make it.
Please note that a 'drop-in' is not considered formal therapy.
