KEEP Exit Assessment Sign Up

Hey there! Please sign up for a KEEP Exit Assessment time. When you sign up, please use your STUDENT's name (full first name and last initial). These assessments will be done in our classroom, one-on-one. Each appointment time will be 30 minutes, please make sure you are 5-10 minutes early. It is important that you are on time or your appointment may be skipped and have to be rescheduled. Anyone who has not signed up by May 3rd will be given an assessment time. Thanks!
