Mayor Teresa Jacobs Youth Leadership Conference

This is an exciting new partnership with Orange County and Mayor Teresa Jacobs! On Friday, February 28th, 240 high school seniors and juniors from across Orange County will be on campus learning about the functioning of local government and to encourage them to continue in their roles as school leaders and perhaps become our future community leaders; whether that is in the capacity of non-profit organizations, local government, or spokespersons for the area in which they live. We need Rollins students to escort groups of the high school students from the Alfond Sports Complex to various workshop rooms across campus and then later to escort the groups back to Alfond in the afternoon. We’re looking for folks who will engage with the students – point things out along the way, talk about their experience as a Rollins students, etc. We hope you'll sign-up for one or both of the timeslots (8:50AM-9:30AM and/or from 11:20AM-noon)!
