Fall 2017 McCombs Career Expo Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the McCombs Career Expo! Carefully follow the instructions below to ensure you are signed-up as a volunteer.

Please note that volunteers must currently be enrolled in the McCombs School of Business. You must also attend the Volunteer Training Session on Thursday (9/7) from 5:00 - 6:00 PM* (Legacy Events Room CBA 3.202) and are required to pass a brief quiz that includes topics covered during the training session.

*An alternate Training Session is available from 6:30 - 7:30 PM on Thursday (9/7) in the Legacy Events Room for those who cannot attend the first session due to class conflicts.

Directions:
1) Sign-up by clicking "JOIN" during your desired volunteer shift
2) When prompted for your name, please also enter your UT EID as follows, "Christy Kim (ek6772)". Sign-ups that do not follow this step will be deleted and opened to other students.
3) Enter an email address that you check frequently
4) All volunteers are required to arrive at least 10 minutes early to their shifts in order to receive credit
