PRE-BAZAAR: Chicken Teriyaki sauce making & chicken preparation
PRE-BAZAAR: June 8 & June 21
TERIYAKI SAUCE MAKING (Saturday, June 8):
-Help prepare teriyaki sauce ingredients.
-Volunteers who are able to lift heavy pots and standing (over hot stove) mixing sauce needed.
-Clean-up
CHICKEN PREPARATION (Friday, June 21):
-Table set-up: cover all tables and equipment set-up
-Trim and season chicken prior to marinating
-Need some volunteers who are able to stand and also for heavy lifting.
-Clean-up
2-3 hours maximum
