Team Harvard - Conference Sign Up November 2023
Conferences will take place in person on Tuesday, November 7th.
On Conference day, we will not be able to accept “drop-in” appointments. We understand life happens, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment we will not be able to fit you in, as typically all slots fill up. Please contact Sarah Piana to reschedule.
Directions: Sign up for one time slot, please complete all steps.

4) Please type your child’s full name
