Sukiyaki Dinner Help - 2020 - Dinner is on Saturday, March 21. Take-out 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Dine-in 5:00-7:0 pm.

Temple friends/volunteers: Please sign up for any task. More than one, if you have time. More than one shift, if you have the energy. This year's event will be take-out only from 3-5 pm and Dine-in only from 5:00-7:00 pm. Thank you for volunteering! Food-prep/plating: Weighing & bagging

Bruin Volunteer Liaison: help assign tasks to Bruins

Take-Out Assembly: Rice

Take-Out Assembly: Sukiyaki (dish into containers)

Sukiyaki Runners (Stoves to Fridge to gym to dishwashing)

Cooking: Tare (sauce) filler

Cooking: Plating runners (fridge to gym to classroom)

Take-Out Assembly: Meals

Order Control (assign finished meals to servers)

Take-Out Distribution & Set-up

Dishwashing Supervisor (Bruins will wash)

Clean-up

Hostess (seat dine-in customers)

Server (deliver Sukiyaki) or Waitress (serve side dishes, tea)

Donations/Sponsors: Solicitations & Thank yous

Supplies/Facilities (restock during event)

Gym Supervisor: Keep an eye on activities in gym.
