UDSM Mobile Health Van, Friday 12/3/2021, 6-8:30pm

Project Description: The mobile health van will work with individuals accessing the University District Food Bank to provide health assessments, vital sign screenings, resource referrals, and passing out essential living items.
Meeting location: Friday Feast event, located in the back alley of Church on the Ave (4130 University Way NE). The alley is located between University Ave and 15th street.

How to prepare: You will be outdoors so please wear weather-appropriate, casual, non-provocative clothing, comfortable shoes and refrain from wearing flashy items like expensive jewelry.
Time: Fridays, 6-8:30pm

*****"Backup" volunteers will be contacted if the scheduled volunteer can no longer attend. Please do not give your slot to a friend, as we want to make it fair and to allow the next person on the list to attend.
