K - 8th Grade Student & Family Volunteers (Games, Bingo, CandyLand, Pie Shop) 2017 We are trying something new to fill volunteer shifts for Games, Candyland, Bingo, and the Pie Shop! Students and their families (not exclusive to Annunciation school) are asked to volunteer for games and events assigned to their student’s grade. We hope this will help fill shifts while building community. No worries if you’re an older student, or, don’t have a student, and have loved working one of these in the past—you are still welcome to sign up! Or, consider helping in one of the other areas that need volunteers. Games: Located in the parking lot. Only one person is needed to run each game. Volunteering with a friend is always fun so two spots are available per shift (just want to get all of the shifts filled). Rules/directions are located in each game booth & the person working the previous shift can fill you in. Questions? Contact Game Chairs Amy Langanki (612) 812-8600, amy@langanki.com or Suzie O'Connell (612) 703-3122, suzie.oconnell@hotmail.com Bingo: Located in the church basement. Two adults needed to handle money & tickets & five kids to handle game cards (per Bingo shift). Questions? Contact Karin Cebulla (612) 210-0669 or kacebulla@comcast.net Pie Shop: Located in the church basement. Come help serve pie, scoop ice cream, and take tickets. Yum! Questions? Contact Pie Shop Chairs Matt & Peg Tuttle (612) 242-0821 or pegtuttle@msn.com Candyland: Located directly outside of the church in the parking lot. Take tickets & pass out candy. Fun! Each shift requires adult supervision. (Only one Candyland this year). Questions? Contact Candyland Chairs Terry Heer (612) 702-1552, theer@annunciationmsp.org. Thank you for volunteering!
