ARC October Blood Drive Tabling and Flyering

Hi everyone,

This is the signup sheet for tabling and flyering leading up to the day of the blood drive. There is a seperate signup sheet for the actual day of the blood drive where canteening will also be an option. However, we do need people to help publicize for the blood drive so please sign up and encourage people to make appointments! Information about making appointments can be found on the flyers on the table.

When you sign up, please leave your name AND phone number. If you sign up for either 10:00-11:00AM or 1:00-2:00PM, please help setup/cleanup. If Salman or I are unavailable to help setup or put away, an Excomm member will help put away the tabling and supplies but they'll need some help.
