African Diaspora Spring Dance Concert 2013

The Spring Dance Concert is on May 17, at 7pm. We need parent volunteers before and during the event to make it a smooth success. Please look over the sheet below and sign up where you can; many hands make light work!
*Costume helps is needed as soon as possible, please sign up below and call Naomi Washington at 510-326-1968.
*The school provides pizza for the dancers before the show, but we need parents to oversee the whole thing.
*We'd like to sell concessions outside to people waiting in line before the show. (There's no intermission) Please sign up to bring water bottles, granola bars, cookies, etc. and to help sell.
*We must leave the dressing rooms clean and the costumes properly put away. It should take too long if we have enough people.
