Christina's MHC Opportunities Fund Access Period Appointments - Fall 2012
-Make sure to enter you first and last name as well as your Baruch College e-mail address
-Don't forget to save your Cancel Code (which you will get in your confirmation e-mail once you sign-up) just in case you need to cancel your appointment.
-Make sure that if you cannot attend that you cancel your appointments at least 24hours in advance so that someone else may take your spot.
-You are encouraged to make an appointment as early as possible in the access period so that you have time to make revisions to your academic justification or gather other important documentation.
-Please be on time in order to be courteous to your peers with appointments! Being late may result in you forfeiting your appointment.
-BRING ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS AND COMPLETED APPLICATION to your appointment!
-You must turn in your completed applications (and a copy), no later than Thursday, 10/04/2012 at 4:00 pm.
-Late applications will NOT be accepted!
