Earth Day Portland 2012 is Sunday, April 22nd. It takes a Village to create Earth Day, so thanks for joining Volunteer Village! As you can see, there is a lot to be done on Friday and Saturday, as well as the day of the event. Please sign up for a shift and provide an email so we can coordinate with you!

Sunday, April 22nd

We need 4: Set up the Art Gallery with fabric and Chinese lanterns 9am - 11am

We need 8: Unload and set up the Stage 7am - 9:30am

We need 6: Set up tents and recycling stations 8:30am - 11am

We need 4: Loading Zone guide 9am - 11am [please wear bright green]

We need 3: Bike Valet shift 11am - 2:30pm

We need 3: Bike Valet shift 2:30pm - 6pm

We need 5: Recycling Team shift 11am - 1:30pm

We need 5: Recycling Team shift 1pm - 3:30pm

We need 5: Recycling Team shift 3pm - 5:30pm

We need 5: Recycling Team shift 5pm - 7:00pm

We need 2: Staff volunteer booth 11am - 2:30pm

We need 2: Staff volunteer booth 2:30 pm - 6 pm

We need 2: Staff Info booth 8am - 11am

We need 2: Staff info booth 11 am - 2:30 pm

We need 2: Staff info booth 2:30 pm - 6 pm

Take photos and video for Earth Day throughout event

We need 6: Breakdown tents and clean up 6pm - 7:30pm

We need 8: Breakdown stage, load onto truck, travel to unload stage into shed 6:30pm - 9pm

We need 2: Breakdown Art Gallery 6pm - 8pm
