    Let's Talk Consultation for the School of Social Welfare, Graduate Students Only PLEASE READ the contents of this page before signing up for an appointment. Please pay attention to what information to include and how to attend your appointment as this information will not be sent in a confirmation email. CALENDAR UPDATE: Appointments are generally available Tuesdays from 2-3pm. You can sign up to attend a brief (15 minutes) consultation with Tiffany Lin, LCSW to: -Discuss any personal, professional, or academic concerns -Learn about your options for counseling -Navigate your insurance and mental health coverage -Get assistance connecting to providers HOW TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION: 1. Provide your name and email 2. In the comment section, provide your phone number, your Student ID Number, and whether you prefer a phone call or Zoom video visit If all slots are full or if available slots do not work with your schedule, please call Tiffany Lin at (510-664-9123) and leave a voicemail with your name, SID, and a phone number to reach you. If you sign up for a time and later cannot make it, please make sure to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Time slots are first come, first serve. If you do not state a preference for Zoom video, the Let’s Talk consultant will call you at the number provided. HOW TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT Once you complete the above steps, you are scheduled for a virtual Let’s Talk Visit and can expect the following: 1. You will be contacted at the designated time 2. If you requested a phone call, you will receive a call from a blocked number 3. If you requested a Zoom video visit, please use the following link and wait for your Let’s Talk consultant to start the meeting: https://berkeley.zoom.us/my/tkhlin LIMITS TO CONFIDENTIALITY When there is an immediate threat of harm to you or others or a concern regarding abuse or neglect to a minor, elderly person or someone otherwise incapacitated, Let’s Talk consultants are also required by law to report this. URGENT CONCERNS: Let’s Talk consultations are not therapy sessions and do not constitute mental health treatment. Let’s Talk is not for urgent concerns.
