Please sign up your cast member for an appointment time to be measured. Only one time on one day needs to be chosen. Please be prepared to give your child's height, weight, shoe size, pant size, dress size, and shirt size. If you are unable to make the appointment and can't cancel your sign up, please notify the costumer, Miss Debbie, within 24 hours of the appointment or as soon as possible by text 815-295-6757 AND email kvtajunglebookcostumes@gmail.com
