RE-UP21
In Nehemiah 9-10, the people of God return to Jerusalem and are convicted of their corporate sin of rejecting God’s ways. They are moved to repentance and decide to RE-UP their covenant with God and reaffirm their commitment to one another as the people of God. This is our intention for 2021.
We are in the midst of a new year, and significant events in our nation’s history - insurrection, Covid 19, racial justice demonstrations - require a renewing of our convictions as the people of God. Join The River Church Community from MLK day until the inauguration in a fast from food and an experience of seeking the Lord in prayer, lament, and celebration.
Each night there will be:
- Worship & sharing 7pm-8pm
- Lament & confession 8pm-9pm
- Intercession & visioning 9pm-10pm
