Spring 2020 Career Expo Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the McCombs Career Expo! Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure you are signed-up as a volunteer.

In order to volunteer, you must be currently enrolled in the McCombs School of Business. Expo event volunteers must attend a Volunteer Training Session on Monday, February 3rd.
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 PM or 5:00 - 6:00 PM (you only need to attend one training)
Location: Legacy Events Room (CBA 3.202)

Directions:
1) Sign-up by clicking "JOIN" during your desired volunteer shift
- Expo "Blitz" volunteers will help prepare for the McCombs Career Expo on the Friday before the actual Expo event (January 31st). "Blitz" volunteers are NOT required to attend a Volunteer Training Session.
- Expo "Event" volunteers will be helping during the actual Expo on Wednesday, February 5th with tasks that will be covered during the Volunteer Training Session, which they ARE required to attend.
2) When prompted for your name, please enter your name and UT EID in the following format, "Katherine Burns (kab5345)".
3) Enter an email address that you check frequently.
