Must be 16 years or older-you must be STRONG. All dinner plates with food items MUST be carried on trays - no teens under 16 to carry trays. (This will be enforced) Greet a guest, with the Host/Greeter - 1 guest per escort (do not attempt to serve more than one guest at a time) Escort your guest through the serving line, seat them at assigned table. Turn the guest over to the table monitor and seat another guest. Be available when a guest wants extras Ensure your replacement knows what to do! Escorts may be called on for extra duties as required.

(over 16 years old) MONITORS (2 people per table per hour) Guests will be seated by escorts The "Host/Greeter" will reserve spots for families Table Monitors must be at least 16 years old You get their beverage and salad- make sure you know what is available Call for an Escort If a guest wants seconds on any food or to take food home Call for a desert cart when your guest is ready for deserts (let dessert people serve) Clean the area (take dirty dishes, place mats & napkins to middle room - put in tubs) Reset the place setting from supply in corner of the dining hall When you turn your table over to new monitors, tell them about your guests. DO NOT abandon your guests WAIT TO BE REPLACED. Ensure your replacement knows what to do!
