Stay involved in Leadership Winter Park and make a commitment to the success of this program and its initatives. The best way to make things happen and invoke change, is to be a part of it. Add your name to the committee(s) you would like to join.

Pancake Breakfast
• Plan, coordinate and assist in securing sponsors for annual Pancake Breakfast event being held Saturday, Dec. 5

Youth Leaders
• Facilitate and plan summer Youth Leaders program for high school students held in June and July. Also will assist in interview process held in May.

Alumni Engagement
• Identify ways to involve graduates in the program - will also work on Breakfast Speaker Series event and Alumni Connectors program

Endowment
• Assist in the oversight of the LWP Legacy Fund, securing and identifying potential donors

Alumni Social
• Plan, coordinate and identify potential sponsors for annual alumni social event

Recruitment
• Assist in identifying potential LWP candidates, promoting the program and making recommendations in the class selection process

Alumni Connectors
• Serve as a graduate "connector" for one Class XXVI member to guide them through the LWP experience and help them make connections with other alumni
