Brown Bag Discussion: “Advocacy in Primary Careâ€

Join Dr. Richard Kovar, the American Academy of Family Physicians’ 2012 Family Physician of the Year, in a lunch-hour discussion of how to integrate policy advocacy into your work as a primary care physician. Dr. Kovar is the medical director at Country Doctor Community Health Center and a faculty member with the UW Department of Family Medicine. He brings a sense of humor and incredible passion to everything he does, especially in caring for Seattle’s underserved and uninsured communities.
Bring your lunch and be ready to enjoy some homemade treats!
