DeCadence A Cappella Spring '15 Auditions

Hi there! Thanks so much for your interest in auditioning for DeCadence!

To sign up for a first-round audition, please write your name and email address in your desired time slot. Time slots are by the hour, but individual auditions will last 15-20 minutes and will be heard on a first come, first serve basis. There will be around 4 slots for each hour, so feel free to sign up when there's an available time.
Both first-round auditions and callbacks will be held in the basement of Morrison Hall.

If you can not make a scheduled audition, we will be having walk in auditions on Friday, from 4:00-7:00pm, and on Saturday, 11:00-3:00pm. Just come any time during walk ins and we'll begin the process on a rolling basis.

Callbacks take place all day on Sunday February 1st, so please try and keep this day as free as possible.

If these time slots don't work for you, a time slot is already full, or you have any other extenuating circumstances, please email our Auditions Coordinator, Justin Nguyen at justinnguyen345@berkeley.edu. We will be happy to accommodate you! Otherwise, please check back at a later time, as more time slots may be opened in the future!

What you'll need to bring to auditions:
1) A 1 - 2 minute solo. Just prepare a verse and a chorus of a song that shows off your voice well. It would be well worth picking a song ahead of time that's comfortable in your range and that you're confident in singing.
